Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For the AY 2025-26 as per the UGC notification No D.O. No. F.2-71/2022 (CPP-II) (C- 114546) Dated 12th June 2024, the refund of fees upon cancellation of admission will be processed as detailed below:

Date of Application for Cancellation Percentage of Refund from First Year Full Fees
15 days or more before the university’s notified last date of admission Total fee will be refunded, after retaining admission processing fee of Rs. 5000
Less than 15 days before the university’s notified last date of admission 90% of the fee will be refunded, after retaining admission processing fee of Rs. 5000
15 days or less after the University’s notified last date of admission 80% of the fee will be refunded, after retaining admission processing fee of Rs. 5000
30 days or less but more than 15 days after the University’s notified last date of admission 50% of the fee will be refunded, after retaining admission processing fee of Rs. 5000
More than 30 days after the University’s notified last date of admission No refund will be provided

 

Note:-

1 No refund of fees will be provided if the admission is cancelled due to disciplinary action, violation of Anti-Ragging Regulations, breach of code of conduct, or any other institutional rules.
2 Application Form Fee is non-refundable.
3 Once the cancellation request is approved by the Head of Institution (HOI), the allotted seat will be considered invalid.
4 Please note that the Rs. 5000 admission processing fee will be deducted from the total fee, regardless of the time of cancellation.
